TRANSFER POLICY :
FOR MACTAN AIRPORT PICK UP
* Please provide guest name, flight details and contact number of the guest. Driver and transportation details will be sent through SMS hours or a day before the arrival time.
* Upon arrival please advise guest to proceed directly to BAY C1 for domestic arrival where our driver will be waiting with the signage.
* In cases where driver is not at the mentioned BAY number, please contact the driver directly or get in touch with our 24/7 dispatching team through 0917-627-7890 or 0917-627-5830.
EVENT
A day before and on the day of Sinulog event all trip's arrangements even transfers is of whole day base charging.
WAITING TIME
For airport transfer arrangement, we have allocated a maximum of 60 minutes complimentary waiting time for guest arrival. After an hour, we will be charging P 900 per hour for Coaster transfer and
P 1200 for Bus. For flight delays, kindly inform our Reservation officer latest 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time to avoid paying the waiting time.
SIDETRIPS
Transfer arrangement is only for 1 pick up and drop off or a point to point trip. More than 1 pick up or drop off location is considered a sidetrip, and will therefore be charged as follows:
Coaster - P 900 per side trip and Bus - P 1200 per side trip.
REBOOKING & CANCELLATION
Bookings cancellation or rebooked less than 2 HOURS before the scheduled pick up time will be charged the full transfer.
NOTE
Additional charge of P 500  ( Coaster ) and P 1,000 ( Bus ) for 12AM / Midnight to 6am arrivals and all transfers.
